  • Job Summary :
    • We are seeking a skilled web designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining visually appealing, responsive and user-friendly websites for small businesses across the US.
  • Responsibilities :
    • Design and develop visually appealing, responsive and user-friendly websites for small businesses.
    • Work collaboratively with clients to understand their business needs, brand identity, and target audience to create effective designs.
    • Translate client requirements into well-designed, functional websites using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
    • Develop and maintain websites using CMS such as WordPress, Shopify, or similar.
    • Create and edit content including graphics, images, and videos.
    • Collaborate with developers, SEO specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure that websites are optimized for search engines, fast-loading, and accessible.
    • Maintain and update existing websites to ensure they remain relevant, engaging, and functional.
  • Qualifications :
    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field preferred. At least 3 years of relevant experience in web design and development. A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, experience with various design tools, and ability to work with small business clients.
    • Knowledge of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout design.
    • Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or similar.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar design tools. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills and real-time availability.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
